Black or white: what changes?
Both designs use a shifting finish, palm-tree details and GTA VI branding. Sony describes the white design through Vice City's daytime palette and the black design through its nightlife. Choose by appearance; the announcement does not identify a performance advantage for either colour.
Official sourceSource verifiedWhere are the two designs sold?
The white design is announced for PlayStation Direct and participating retailers. The black design uses PlayStation Direct in supported markets and selected retailers elsewhere. Availability is limited and differs by region. Follow Sony's original announcement to the relevant local seller rather than assuming a global stock status.
Official sourceSource verifiedHow should I read the price?
Sony's announcement gives a U.S. recommended retail price of US$84.99 for each design. That is an announced reference, not a current checkout total. Currency, taxes, shipping and local availability need a regional listing. A controller purchase is a separate decision from a Standard or Ultimate game licence.
Official sourceSource verifiedWhat does it tell us about GTA VI on PC?
DualSense support on a computer or phone describes the accessory. Rockstar's checked launch information names PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Controller compatibility is not evidence of a GTA VI PC release, release date or system requirements. Use the PC-status guide for that separate question.
